SNAP Module Resets Causes Re-Config Storm

Symptoms:

When a low density module returns 0x8000 on all 4 points, the brain/controller will issue a Reset (Arcnet Command 0x42) to the module.

If a module continually returns 0x8000 the brain/controller will reset this module every 3500ms, the default for 0xF038029C. This causes an Arcnet re-config. The side affect is other good modules on the rack could disconnect from the Arcnet bus when the re-config occurs. When they re-connect it causes another re-config. Which cascades until the entire rack is disconnecting/connecting to the Arcnet bus.

When this happens the customer can't determine which module is at fault, usually by looking at the Times Discovered field on the Status Page
