Incorrect error message when attempting to upload firmware to an unresponsive IP address

Symptoms:

If PAC Manager is used to upload firmware to an IP address it cannot connect to (Tools > Install Firmware via Ethernet), then the following incorrect message is displayed in the Results window of the I/O Unit Maintenance dialog:

Install Firmware
IP address - Firmware type does not match unit type
