SNAP-PAC-S1 resets if microSD card is in slot at power-up or restart

Symptoms:

If a microSD card is in the microSD slot when the SNAP-PAC-S1 powers up or restarts, the SNAP-PAC-S1 resets.

Workaround:

Remove the microSD card from the controller at power up or when the controller is restarted.
