Some dialog boxes in PAC Control do not display all text in Chinese Windows

Symptoms:

Running PAC Control on a Chinese version of Windows causes some text in certain dialog boxes to be truncated. Also, the font used in the dialog box appears distorted in comparison to the expected font design. The image on the left shows the font appearance before the bug fix. The image on the right shows the changes after the bug fix.
