Symptoms:

Wireless brains and controllers may intermittently lose communication with a network device through the wireless connection, even though the external WLAN LED is green and indicates that a valid connection is established. The controller or brain does not obtain a regulatory domain from the access point, and instead is left in World Wide Roaming mode using a reduced transmit power.

Inspecting the wireless device with PAC Manager and a hard wired connection to ENET1, for example, falsely indicates there is a valid connection. The Wireless Status information screen also incorrectly indicates there is a valid connection.
