SNAP-PAC-SB Brains may drop packets at 230.4 kBd

Symptoms:

Serial communication packets may be dropped on an RS-485 link with two or more SNAP-PAC-SB1 or SNAP-PAC-SB2 brains that are set to 230.4 kBd, and that have at least one analog module installed on any brain's rack. Periodic -539 messages are displayed in the controller message queue.

Workaround:

To work around this problem, use 115.2 kBaud to communicate to the brains.
