Regenerate Scanner Tags command skips tags in ComboBox control

Symptoms:

The Tools > Regenerate Scanner Tags command in PAC Display Configurator does not process tags in a ComboBox control. As a result, PAC Display Runtime attempts to access information for the wrong tag.

Example: Suppose a ComboBox is assigned a dynamic attribute with a tag from Controller "A."

Save the project.
Modify the controller in the project (Configure > Controllers) to point to Controller "B." It appears as if the controller change is made.
Save and run the project with File > Save Project and Load Runtime. The Tools > Regenerate Scanner Tags command is automatically run.

In Runtime, the ComboBox tag still attempts to access data from Controller "A."
