Incorrect microSD card function message in PAC Manager

Problem was discovered in version: R9.0b

Symptoms:

An incorrect message is reported by PAC Manager when executing microSD card commands on controllers with firmware versions prior to R9.0a.

For example, from the Status Write page in PAC Manager, the command Store Configuration and IP settings to microSD Card, reports Command Successfully Performed, even though no action is taken in versions older than R9.0a. This same message is reported by a controller that does not have a microSD card installed when the command is executed.
