PAC Display Configurator View→Find Tag may not find some tags

Symptoms:

The View-->Find Tag function in Configurator may not find some tags used in Window Manager, Sound Manager, or Recipe Manager. This can occur when a manager that was configured before the others of the same type is deleted.

Example: Suppose three Window Managers are configured in a project in this order: WindowManager1, WindowManager2, and WindowManager3. If WindowManager2 is deleted at some point, then View-->Find searches will not find tags that were used in WindowManager2 and WindowManager3.
