On-screen keyboard for touchscreens does not pop up for SuperTrend scaling

Symptoms:

The onscreen keyboard for touchscreens does not pop up at Runtime when the SuperTrend Pen Scale button is clicked.

The onscreen keyboard option is set up in Configurator by clicking the option found in Configure > Runtime, in the General tab.
