Not all SuperTrend pens may be plotted at Runtime if one pen's value is -NAN

Problem was discovered in version: R8.2m

Symptoms:

One or more SuperTrend pens may fail to plot if one of the SuperTrend pens is tracking a tag with an out of range, -NAN, value.

The bug appears if:

More than one pen is plotted in a SuperTrend.
One of the pens goes from a valid value to a -NAN value.
PAC Display Runtime is closed and re-started, and the pen continues to have a value of -NAN. A message similar to the following is sent to the Event Log:
Group [xxx] : Item[yyy] has returned invalid floating point data. (+INF, -INF, or NAN)

One or more of the active pens plotting valid values is not drawn in the SuperTrend when Runtime is restarted.
