Save Project and Load Runtime may fail when Runtime is already running

Symptoms:

If changes are made to a PAC Display project in Configurator while Runtime is running, and Save Project and Load Runtime is used to go back into Runtime, then # signs replace the data in the window.

An error similar to the following appears in the Event Log Viewer:

Server: =>Could not remove group "Your_Group_Name" from server

Workaround:

Exit Runtime and then use Save Project and Load Runtime to go back into Runtime. Data is now correctly updated in the window.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
