Unexpected results from PAC Manager's 'Digital Events - Expanded'

Symptoms:

The Digital Events - Expanded inspect window (Tools→Inspect→Events→Digital Events - Expanded) exhibits various incorrect behaviors.

If reaction #2 is set to anything other than the default Scratchpad Bits, then all other trigger and reaction settings are set to their default values. The changed values are not displayed, and the problem occurs when Apply is clicked.

If trigger #1 is set to Scratchpad Bits, then the first Current Value field in the CURRENT STATUS section doesn't display the correct value.

If trigger #2 is set to Digital Point State, Digital Point On-Latch, or Digital Point Off-Latch, then the second Current Value field in the CURRENT STATUS section doesn't display the correct value.
