Missing parameters from PAC Display Runtime's 'Current Device Config' window for FactoryFloor Ethernet controllers

Symptoms:

FactoryFloor controller names and port configuration parameters are not listed in the Current Device Configuration window (PAC Display Runtime, View→Configuration Status), if the controller uses the Ethernet interface for its host port. FactoryFloor controllers with Ethernet interfaces include the SNAP-LCM4, M4RTU, and M4.

The image below shows how the FactoryFloor controller at IP address 10.192.54.61 is missing its Device Name, and its Timeout, Retries, and Connect Timeout configuration parameters. An example of the correct values is also shown.
