Inspection window may display incorrect SNAP PAC Sim IP address

Symptoms:

The inspection window for a SNAP PAC Sim control engine, may display the incorrect IP address of the computer it's running on. The IP address it displays belongs to the device that creates the first connection to the controller.

For example, the inspected PAC Sim controller below is running on a computer with an IP address of 10.192.0.124. However, a computer with an IP address of 10.192.0.61 was the first to inspect the controller. Notice the IP address listed for PAC Sim belongs to the computer that first inspected it.
