SuperTrend data not updated and 'Enable Item' Event Log errors

Symptoms:

A SuperTrend may fail to update or display data at Runtime. The Event Log displays Enable Item errors for each of the SuperTrend's tags. This occurs if the window the SuperTrend is in, is opened at start-up and the SuperTrend Disabled Scanning is set to window is closed, minimized, or both.

Workaround:

Close the window with the SuperTrend graphic and re-open the window. The SuperTrend updates data as expected.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
