I/O unit may go offline when PIDs are inspected from ioControl Debug mode

Symptoms:

From PAC Control Debug mode, double-clicking on an I/O unit from the strategy tree displays the inspect window. Point information is shown by default (Show: Points). If instead Show: PIDs is clicked, the I/O unit goes offline.

Workaround:

To work around this problem, switch back to Show: Points and select Communication Enabled: Yes. Select Apply to enable the I/O unit.

To view the PID information, find the I/O unit in the Strategy Tree and double-click the PIDs folder to view the PID data.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
