'Move I/O Unit to Numeric Table Ex' command may write to wrong table locations

Symptoms:

The Move I/O Unit to Numeric Table Ex PAC Control command may write data to incorrect table locations if the Points per Module parameter value is greater than 32. The valid range of values for this parameter is 1 to 32.

In addition, a -3 error should be placed in the control engine error queue, but is not.

Resolution:
