Alarm Point notification option's Enabled checkbox becomes grayed out

Symptoms:

After setting up an alarm point with an Alarm or Acknowledge Notification Option in ioDisplay and PAC Display Configurator and the Alarm Point dialog is closed and reopened, the Notification Option is not selectable.

Workaround:

To change the enabling or disabling of the Notification Options, click on the Alarm or Acknowledge button, and then click OK from the Acknowledge Notification dialog. The checkbox is no longer grayed out and the option can be changed.


Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
